Ease on through the Other Side

Why not try to ease on through the other side. Why not try one more time - it’s the only thing I try. I am tangled up in lines, and I’ve lost my sense of time. Still why not try, why not try, to ease on through the other side.

How long have I been in this place. How long have those bells been ringing? How long have silver and gold been moving in my heartspace? How long have I been singing?

I barely remember all the dreams that were my lives. I barely remember all my dreams. Now that all my lives are coming apart at the seams, and coming back as one stream, why not try one more time to ease on to the other side.

I am saddled like a mule, and I’ve been struggling up this canyon. I’ve been burdened with struggles and strife, and I’m slipping down this canyon now. I’m relaxing at the center at the space, taking in the flowers of the valley. I can follow the river out, all rivers go to the sea. I can follow the river out, back out to the light, I’ll follow the water, the water flows, and I don’t need to carry all these heavy clothes. Why not try one more time to ease on through the other side.
