This site’s content is free for anyone to use for personal healing, playing with others, and non-commercial purposes. This site is intended for, dedicated to, and protected by natural laws of structure and organic living consciousness for the benefit of all.

Informed Consent

Please read the following and do not proceed with booking unless you fully understand and are in consent with these terms:

LionSong Process provides Creative Process Play, an alternative modality derived from Expressive Arts Therapy and creative work coaching that facilitates people to activate their own innate capacities to enjoy life more through the use of the arts.

Although I was educated and trained as a psychotherapist, and my clinical background informs my way of working, please be advised, I am not a licensed psychologist and LionSong Process does not provide clinical services. I do not diagnose, treat disease, or prescribe medication.

The sessions, groups, and onsite workplace services provided by LionSong Process are not intended as substitutes for conventional medical diagnosis or treatment for any medical, psychological, or psychiatric condition. Please seek the counsel of a licensed medical professional as you see fit for these matters.

Privacy

This web site was made using Squarespace, and the associated email is a google account. That means that there are structural limitations to my ability to provide total privacy of your data.

My intention is to hold your confidentiality to the best that I can regarding any information you opt to provide as a part of using this site. Wherever possible, I also try to create conditions for informed consent around what you are signing up for and what is happening when you interact with this site.

LionSong does not collect personally-identifying data from website visitors. 

Personally-Identifying Information

If you book private sessions or groups you will pay in person, through Paypal, or through another method we have mutually agreed upon. In the case of communities work, we will arrange for billing appropriate to the context. We will exchange contact information as necessary to communicate about scheduling, and, if working remotely, conduct sessions using an agreed upon communication platform.

These are the only circumstances in which you would be asked to share contact information, financial information, or any other type of personally identifying data. You always have the right not to provide information, with the caveat that it may make certain types of interactions unavailable to you.

Protection of Personally-Identifying Information

I would only disclose the above-described personally-identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request that I am bound by law to comply with.

Cookies

A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer, and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. The LionSong Process site does not use cookies. 

Changes

I may change my terms and policies from time to time, and in my sole discretion. Your continued use of this site after any change constitutes your acceptance of such change. If there are major changes, an email will be sent, but since not all users provide an email address, please also take responsibility for checking yourself from time to time. Thank you for reading!
